From Globalization to Resilience: A Talk with Professors Willy Shih, Meg Rithmire, and Jonas Nahm

On May 9, the HBS Club of Shanghai hosted a talk featuring Professor Willy Shih and Professor Meg Rithmire of Harvard Business School, and Professor Jonas Nahm of Johns Hopkins SAIS. Centered on the theme “From Globalization to Resilience,” the discussion explored developments in global economic and industrial dynamics, including supply chains, industrial policy, and global trade. Moderated by Xiaojie Wang (MBA 2024), the event brought together more than 30 alumni for a thoughtful exchange on how global economic dynamics are evolving amid increasing complexity.
