On August 14, 2024, the HBS Asia-Pacific Research Center hosted a dinner discussion with Professor [Shunyuan Zhang](https://www.hbs.edu/faculty/Pages/profile.aspx?facId=1175206) and executives from different industries in Shanghai. Through discussions on how AI is used in customer service and experience across different industries, we explored both the opportunities and challenges AI presents and gained a better understanding of AI's evolving role in business.
